We chose the place to take the train to Ella the next day. The host family is so loveable. Viraj provided us with food deliveries and recommended good restaurants. The room was clean with beautiful view into the forest. Finally, he drove us to the train station. Thanks!

Great location, great views, professional and friendly, helpful owner. Rooms clean, very aesthetically managed rooms and exteriors, bathroom good, a bit small though. Great common area with good views. Worth every bit of the slightly higher budget you pay for.

The owners Saman and Sandive were very welcoming. They made sure that everything in the room was ready before our arrival. Both are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was just amazing, spotless clean, you can definitely sense the attention to every detail. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees all around. The view is spectacular, you can see the waterfall and hear the sound of running water from distance when lying in your bed, just a wonderful scene to wake up to. Saman prepared a delicious breakfast and delivered it to the room by herself just to make sure that we do not need anything else. This was by far one of the best places we have been to in Ella. We would definitely book that place again on every trip back to Ella. We highly recommend this place.
