Very good English speaking and friendly service oriented staff. While waiting for our late night flight, we could leave our luggage in a safe area, use the pool, AC sitting launch, enjoy the good food, and just feel good. Family of four. Staff very friendly, perfect location for me as I wanted to be closer to the climbing gym and airport. Free water refill. The vegan cafe serves very good food from what I saw, though a bit rich for my taste. People bring dogs in, if that's not your thing there is an amazing cat cafe 3 minutes walk away. The "russian market" is next door with some surrounding, more traditional khmer style resaurants, fair warning there is obviously a lot of animal product around the market.
