Its a somewhat confusing booking.com listing - basically a number of small properties run by the same provider, some are listed as whole properties when in essence you are just getting a room with shared toileting/washing facilities. That's what I did - a three person room booked for myself, presumably they would take mates sharing or also split it into dorm listings at busy times. It was very cheap, very clean (almost unbelievably so for a hostel) and as there are only 4 rooms I assume listed like mine, with two showers no great issues there. Quiet area of an interesting part of town with modern small somewhat upmarket bars and cafes along with small boutiques and other small private shops.

Everything was amazing!! Everything was neat and clean and the owner of the place offered us some treats to celebrate our honey moon! Mattress was the best I had in Japan. Shower was spacious. Really enjoyed everything.

Everything was beautiful! The host was very kind all the time! I recommend this place 100%, very close to the Hase Station and to the beach! If you wake up early you can enjoy a beautiful walk in the morning!

Mr. Sato, who welcomed me, was very kind and helpful. I had a really comfortable stay here — the bed was exceptionally clean, and so were all the common areas. The toilet has a bidet, and the shower is separated from the dry area, which was very convenient. The kitchen offers free coffee, green tea, and barley tea, and you can also add breakfast for a very reasonable price — it was delicious and filling! The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the Enoden train station, making it easy to get around. If I come back to this area, I’ll definitely stay here again!
