Th community area was nice, easy way to meet fellow travelers. Good location and easy to get to ski hill. The staff were awesome, very friendly. I would stay here again.

The owner was absolutely lovely! The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to the grand onsen, and wasn't far from several bus stops to get around Lake Toya. There is a coin laundry and a great sushi place next door. We were allowed to store our bags in the laundry on the day of check out, which helped up make the most of our last day. Would 110% stay here again

Customer service in M lodge is amazing, they’re super friendly, accomodating and will help you out on local resources. Will definitely stay again. Short walk to the slopes, they’ll help you with access to Ski hire etc… beautiful. They’ve washing machines downstairs and all the information you need

It is very close to Rusutsu and Niseko. Rooms are newly renovated, got big TV, Nespresso machine, smart home lightings, even Alexa! all very high-tech and comfortable beds. The host is super friendly, speaks Japanese, English and Cantonese, makes us feel at home. We’re definitely coming back in winter!

Situated in the countryside, very quiet, beautiful surroundings. Housing is big and confortable. View on the lake is magnificent. Host is a charming lady, very welcoming and generous who spoiled us with delicious treats cookies and even an unexpected tasty soup for dinner ! We arrived quite late at night, so from Toya Station we took a taxi & cost about ¥2710 to Pension Ohno. Along the journey to Pension Ohno, we’re so excited to see the thickening snow. When we arrived, the owner greeted us & asked her staffs to carry our extra size luggage to the first floor as there’s no lift. Our room is facing the lake view & we’re stunned to look at the view the next morning. Love it so much! There’s convenience store just 100m away from Pension Ohno. As we’re travelling by public transport, it’s quite closed with the bus stop to Rusutsu Resort & Mount Usu. Really recommended to stay here.

House is huge, spacious and spotless. Facilities are all thoughtfully labelled with many signs throughout the house with instructions which were easy to read. Clear view of the lake and the summer fireworks from the second floor balcony. Host Tomihara-san was friendly and helped set up the room arrangements as requested. Wish we could have stayed for a few more days.
