The personal was truly amazing! Everything from picking us up at the station from driving us to different resorts. The breakfast was very nice and also the community with this and the neighboring Mountain View lodge was very good! Would recommend everyone to look this place up!

Customer service in M lodge is amazing, they’re super friendly, accomodating and will help you out on local resources. Will definitely stay again. Short walk to the slopes, they’ll help you with access to Ski hire etc… beautiful. They’ve washing machines downstairs and all the information you need

The staff is incredibly friendly, breakfast extremely delicious handmade each morning. They were extremely accommodating for all our needs. The location is very premium, less than 2 minute walk from the slopes and ski rental. Will definitely come again it will become my go to spot whenever i come to niseko.
