Everything about this stay was absolutely wonderful! The room and house in general are very clean and well equipped. Beds are extremely comfortable and we could enjoy a lovely view of Mount Fuji from our room window. Self check in was smooth and the communication with the host was more than excellent, they were kind enough to help us solve a problem we had with the Booking platform as well as arranging transport to the bus station when we left. If I ever go back to Japan I will definitely stay here again! 😊

Hana san is the most lovely person that I found during my trip in japan! Also the hostel is realy clear with good beds and bathrooms, also the living room does have several amenities to enhance the experience

We had a whole house for ourselves. The house was part of a historical pilgrimage inn. You could feel the history inside it. The garden outside the house was magnificent and waking up to see Mount Fuji right there made it so much better. Finally, it is really close to the shrine so coming and going was really comfortable.

Great size room with a view. Location is 15 minutes relaxing walk to the station. Excellent location away from the busy tourist place. 24hrs Family Mart just at the corner 1 minute away. Host is super friendly and helpful.

Everything about this stay was amazing! The owner is very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and awesome with good facilities like a heater which we definitely needed! Such a beautiful area which is very local, but still pretty easy to get around from here! Renting bikes was the highlight for us as we saw all of lake kawaguchiko so so easily and had an awesome day, when we got back we were treated by the large onsen style bath to enjoy and warm up! We had large suitcase and the owner happily took us to the station when we checked out which is so kind. Amazing place to stay!!

A great guesthouse in the lakes area! We're so glad we didn't stay in the much busier Kawaguchi lake area and stayed here, where it was far quieter and laid-back. The owners are a lovely couple who are well travelled and clearly know how to run the perfect guesthouse with a chilled hostel-like atmosphere. Our room was lovely, our first traditional Japanese style room. The whole place is spotlessly clean, warm, and cosy. We also loved the common area with kotatsu (like a Spanish brasero), books, and large, well-equipped kitchen.
