Everything was same as the photos. Very close to the station and the main hub of transport, yet very quiet being tucked away in a small alley. Can walk to Kawaguchiko Lake, there's a supermarket and fruit kiosk on the way (near the big building, school maybe?). Room was very comfortable and warm in end Nov, everything was so clean and orderly. Definitely recommended.

We had an entire little house (“cottage”) for us, with an own bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, dining area (in and outside) and 2 bedrooms. The onsen was devine and we had it everyday for us. The place is just next to an important shrine belonging to the Fuji unesco world heritage. We cycled around the lake and discovered a real typical Japanese restaurant nearby. Free shuttle available too.

Really lovely room in a fantastic location, but the thing that made it our favourite stay throughout all of our Japan trip was Hana and her husband. They were so helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They gave us lots of recommendations for the area and couldn’t do more to help us. I would recommend anyone to stay here and we wish we had stayed for longer! We will definitely be returning.

Breakfast was good and hearty. Great way to start the day! The location is good if you are driving. There is a playground nearby with a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji. Mamasan and Papasan are the sweetest and friendliest host! They made our stay extra special.
