The hotel is in a great location and also really close to the station to pick up the boat to the airport. The room was clean and very modern. The staff was very helpful in provide information about transportation, places to eat.

The property well exceeded my expectations. Originally I booked it because of its historical value, and still it was more impressive in person than on photos. The staff were welcoming, the room was huge and well equipped with everything nécessaire - from teas to bathroom amenities. The breakfast included was also very good - all the classic staples, both sweet and savory selection.

Excellent accomodation, clean, spacious, items in the room are all new. Location is very convenient, approx 15 min to get to the airport and the same bus takes you to the Venice city centre. The owner, Matteo is very helpful. Highly recommend this accomodation.

Great, clean place. Rosa was very helpful. Very close walking distance to everything. Place felt safe and is very central. Highly recommend.

far exceeded expectations as was booked last minute and I originally selected it based upon price and location ( close to vaporetto and st marks). It has lots of extras and was cleaned daily and immaculate. Very friendly and helpful onsite assistance available during the day. Easy after hours access instructions.
