23 Suites was a lovely newly renovated apartment room. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. It was located in the heart of Trieste so able to walk to shops, restaurants etc. would highly recommend staying here.

Beautifull location, peacefull and quiet away from bussy streets. Old rustical and very nicely renovated house with cosy and natural spirit of Karst. Clean, fresh, tastfully decorated. Very tasty domestic breakfast, some of best bread we ever had. We overall felt realy welcome, cosy and relaxed although we stayed only for a night. We didn't mind (realy) short walk from parking to property, it actually added some charm to the experience. Terrace looked amazing for food or drink but it was winter and was closed. Must be nice on summer nights. Very helpfull and friendly staff.
