Very clean, and professional! We we’re stunned that there was room keeping, our beds were made, and the bathroom was cleaned and we got new towels. There was a TV with Netflix and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The appartment is right in the city center, everything is reachable by foot. Very Good Communication throughout our stay - would definitely recommend! 10/10!

The room has a lot of space and the host is very helpful and friendly. The Palazzo is an amazing old building in the center of Treviso, and Treviso is a suprizingly interesting destination with some good walks, great connection to Venice and authentic restaurants

Great location. Spotless. Very good value for money. Easy to find and check in was straightforward. Helpful and communicative host, even helped to book a table for dinner on our first evening. Very nice hotel in a perfect location, just a few minutes walking distance from the train station and from the main square with shopping street in the heart of Treviso. Also next to the river side for beautiful long walks! Rooms are not very large but also not too small. Nice room service and receptionist who helped us with taxi service. We checked in with a code late at night which worked perfectly fine.
