Our hosts were Patrizia and Giovanni. They were very helpful and friendly. The extra night which we stayed was no problem to accommodate and they helped by driving us to and from the railway station. Patrizia also drove us to a lovely restaurant for dinner on the first night and mentioned that some of the staff there spoke English so we could be understood when ordering our meals. Stunning location and the villa and the hosts were wonderful.

Having been kept informed by our hosts as to the key codes and what to do it was easy and the mini apartment was really lovely. there was a lift so no stairs to climb.

The location of the apartment is superb, close to the mall, to the train station (to go into Florence in 20 minutes!) and to many great restaurants. The host was also really friendly and helping. On our way there we had an unrepairable flat tyre and she helped us managing new tyres and replacing current ones through her own mechanic, so the car was ready when we left the apartment. A real hidden gem!
