Location was close to the station, convenient for the Cinque Terre train/hike. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room is close to the train tracks, but the noise level was very low. The owners were friendly and check-in/out was smooth. Fridge in the room, which I always appreciate.

Every single detail is perfect. This is next level. The person who made this either is very intelligent or has education in tourism. Sparkling Clean, comfy. But then it gets better: - Each side of the bed can turn on or off the main light - That's the level of detail - You've got everything you need. Everything. - There's a lovely balcony - The area looks nice Don't even bother staying anywhere else in La Spezia and I do really mean it.

The accommodation is newly renovated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean, with excellent beds. The owner did not speak English, but we communicated very well with the help of a translator. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was so beautiful, cosy and modern, and it had literally everything that one can need at a hotel (even shaving kit, toothbrush, disposable plates and cuttlery etc.). Not to mention the welcoming gift, sweet snacks and prosecco 😊 The host was wonderful and so helpful. Honestly, the best one I have ever had 🥰 Also, the location was great - just next to the main train station and the bus stop.

Location was very handy and walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Our host Ana was very helpful and provided info for local restaurants. Our accommodation was recently renovated and was nice and new. We also had cooking facilities which came in handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend staying here.
