The host, Gemma, was really kind and felxible. It was allowed to have an early check-in without additional fee. After check-out we were allowed to leave our bags on the reception for the rest of the day. The room was clean and nice. The location is absolute best, there are restaurants, bars, bakeries, and gelato nearby. Easy access to the building. Most of the "must see" places are 10-25 mins away by walk. Termini train and bus station is 6-8 mins.

Location was prime - right behind the Trevi fountain, and within walking distance to most of the attractions. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean with all the facilities one would require. Would definitely return.

The location is in my favourite area of the city - not in the jam of people but close to everything. The small park of the Palace of Justice nearby is wonderful to have your coffee or snack. If you are traveling via Fiumicino airport the shuttle bus is passing next to the park. There is a metro station in the area (about 10 min). Some busses also stop nearby if you don't want to walk around. However most famous monuments are within 5 and 20 min walking distance. (Except the Colosseo area) The room must be one of the cleanest places I've been at. We were staying only 2 nights so I wasn't expecting our room to be cleaned (since it is not a traditional hotel), however it was. I was even embarrassed of the mess we've made in the morning rush to get out. The space had a nice sized bathroom and a small terrace area. The interior is nice and contemporary. Bed and shower were super comfy. The host was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything we needed.

The stay was wonderful. it’s a family business and we were accommodated by the mom. she was a sweetheart, and gave us many tips about using taxis on rome and called one for us the next day. her sweetness and kindness made our stay way better. I recommend it 100%. Also the location of the place is really convenient and in a nice area.
