The room was very clean, simple, quiet and cozy. I felt like I am safe while staying in Il Genio because the host was responsive and considerate. The best part of Il Genio is it is very close to the city centre.

The accommodation is amazing. The room is very clean, it is cleaned every day. It is quiet place, nothing disturbed us. There is plenty of storage space, the bed is comfortable. You always have clean towels available and there is also a hair dryer in the bathroom. You will also find a teapot and a couple of little things like tea and coffee and something sweet to eat. Communication with the accommodation is also great. If you drive a car, you can easily park a short distance in front of the accommodation. You can also find excellent pizza a few meters from the accommodation. Overall, I rate the accommodation very positively, if we ever go to Pisa again, this is a top choice.

The main reason when we chose this accomodation for 1 night was the short distance to the airport but it was the BEST in all reason. The area quiet, the villa is very nice and safe because you can use multi-key for all doors. The rooms brilliant clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. Silvia the host is amazing friendly. If you like walking you can easily get to the Tower in 30 minutes on foot too. Extremely recommend!

The host, Patrizio, is the best host you can hope for. He is a very warm and welcoming man, who even picked us up at the airport. Very easy communication, the facilities are very nice and clean, and literally a couple of minutes walk from the station. We 100% recommend it!

Really great apartment, newly renovated, clean, comfortable, thought of details, large terrace, excellent communication. By the way, there is definitely a private and free parking for your car here, which also makes the trip easier. There is a decent restaurant nearby.
