I can safely say that this is one of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel is located in a very good location, literally 3 min on foot from the very center of the city, ten minutes from the mini metro that takes you to the main railway station. The hotel is based on a boutique hotel style, so its very moder. The rooms are large and spacious with a number of interesting details. Each room has a Bluetooth sound system where you can play music, which I really liked. Also, the bathroom has a shower, which has a number of options, which is a very nice detail. What particularly surprised me was the free mini bar, which they replenish every day. You can also use their umbrella and many other facilities. We had a paid breakfast which was very good especially for Italy. A large selection of cured meat products, fruits, juices and sweets. It's really worth paying extra for breakfast. In the end, I was particularly impressed by the staff, receptionist Lorenzo, Barbara and Monica. They helped us with recommending restaurants and cafes calling taxis and other things with their kindness they helped a lot to make our trip much easier pleasant and better. I literally have not one bad word to say about this hotel, only words of praise and I would always be happy to return to it.

Simple but very smart and effective accommodation, more B&b than a hotel but as per comfort rather the hotel. everything is new and well operating. Good quality of facilities, bedding and equipment. Shower super strong. Calm and quiet, view is spectacular. Breakfast has all necessary - omelet, yogurts, pastry, fruits, sweet options and cold cuts. Climate control works perfectly. Pillows initially proposed were extremely hard, but the fourth night there appeared two more options in the wardrobe, much better. Pity we didn't ask at the beginning. Parking a bit outside, you have to walk 3 minutes. Gates to the historical city is 3 minutes away, however the very center is about 20 mins walking and as Perugia in on the hills be prepared to climb up the streets.

Very nice room furnished and equipped with attention to detail. :) Nothing is missing here, even paper tissues and body cream are available. :D There's also a small personal vault in the wall. And I was given by a welcome candy and a bottle of water. ;) Absolute satisfaction!

The host is very friendly. Since it was too early on Sunday morning to take the mini-metro, the host drove me to the city center. I’m very grateful. I’m not familiar with room facilities in Europe and couldn’t even figure out how to use open window. The host sent me detailed tutorials. Thank you so much for your help. The room, bathroom, and common areas were all very clean. I highly recommend staying here.
