Very good price/location. David is really nice. Free parking but need to find space earlier. Breakfast is outsourced to a cafe within 2mins walk. A croissant and a cup of coffee.

The whole place was absolutely beautiful, a historic building refurbished to a very high standard. The bath tub was a great luxury and the bathroom wonderful too. Access to a kitchenette with coffee and water was also great. Hosts were welcoming and communicative throughout.

We stayed at La Piccola Formica during the Easter holidays and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was in a prime location for visiting the city and Alba couldn’t have been more helpful recommending sights and places to eat and sorting a small problem we had in no time. Highly recommended!

It was very well located, in the heart of the historic centre, just off Via Maqueda with its buzzing street restaurants, Quattro Canti, with the churches around it all walking distance as is the Palermo Cathedral and the streets leading to it, with shops selling artistic ceramics and jewellery. Gloria and her family are warm, we had a well lit comfortable room with a shower, all spanking new.

Room and bathroom big, very clean, have everything what you need, kettle, coffee machine, small fridge, hair dryer, we find even box with sweet treats and crips, lovely suprise from owner Tatiana, who was very nice and helpful. There is balcony where you can have breakfast or drink wine or coffee. Location very good, close to city center, popular restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed my stay in this place.
