It is the best place to relax, very comfortable, fresh-smelling bed, in addition to the jacuzzi, you can use the shower, everything just shines with cleanliness. Special thanks to Ms. Oksana. I highly recommend this hotel, everything is thought out down to the smadetai detale.It is a couple of minutes to the beach, you can say that the residence is located on the seashore.

We loved that we were able to check-in after normal check-in hours ended. We were greeted by a very clean and comfortable room. The host left snacks on the table for us to enjoy and the room had a lovely balcony that we sat out on at night for fresh air.

Location was a little further from the airport but it was still close & easy to get too via bus! Bus ride was cheap too 1.30/person Could see the ocean from our room window, location is very close to the beach

Sandro, the owner and host, was charming and most considerate. The seven ladies on his staff, whether they were cleaners or chefs, were all super friendly and helpful. The historic building has been beautifully restored and is located in the countryside above Folognia in the center of Umbrian hill towns. Topping it off were the lambs, sheep, goats, cats, chickens, and goose in the barnyard. Breakfast was the same daily but was high quality and included the best cappuccino and cafe Americano of our trip. Saving the best for last was the dinners which were 4 course gourmet meals with excellent wines produced on the farm, all at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate!
