Absolute gem - nothing less. The place itself is beyond beautiful - wonderful palazzo filled with art, beautifully decorated, full of luxury vibe and yet cozy and home-like feeling. What is world class and absolutely without a flaw is the hospitality and professionalism of the team. Everybody was very kind, helpful and professional and made us feel like at home.
