I had a really pleasant stay! Erica was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can truly feel they care about making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Very nice people. The property was clean, spacious, and had a lovely terrace for relaxation. When there was a small problem with the internet, not related to them but the provider. They refunded me half the booking fee without me even asking for it. Very kind and generous people.

The apartment is beautiful, extremly clean, it has a full equiped kitchen to save a bit on eating outside, the views are breathtaking and it has both a beautiful terrace and patio to chill. Cristina is super kind and helpful. Loved it!

Great value for money stay in the center of Volterra. The apartment is in walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants and is very central. The hosts are so polite and check in is very smooth. They even allowed us to store our bikes in their internal storage room which was nice.
