We booked the room before an early flight from the airport. The self-check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The accommodation is located about 10 minutes by car from Rome Fiumicino Airport and 25 minutes on foot from the Fiumicino Piazza Generale Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa bus stop. The host was very responsive and helpful, always answering our questions. The host helped arrange a transfer from the accommodation to the airport. It was quiet inside, with a kitchen where you can make tea or coffee, and even a separate dining area. The bathroom was clean and modern.

Gorgeous property, excellent facilities and extremely good value for money. Had we not been using it as a pit stop before an AM flight the next day would definitely have stayed longer. We booked this place for one night to be close to the airport as our flight was super early. The room was very clean. Plenty of food provided for breakfast. We were tired from all our trips so it was nice we could watch some Netflix. We had no complaints.

The breakfast was excellent—eggs, croissants, meat—and delicious. It wasn't a buffet or anything like that, but that's fine because it had great coffee, excellent juice, fresh eggs, and tasty bread. It was a very convenient drive to the airport, which was 5-7 minutes, and they had their private taxi pick me up. The room was small and immaculate, with a nice view outside. The owner and his wife were gracious enough to introduce me to friends and family, making my stay comfortable, exciting, and peaceful. They showed me local restaurants within walking distance and even took me to a fantastic restaurant for dinner. We laughed over great food and some drinks, and it was probably the best stay I have had at a B&B over the past 20 years.

The location is good with a car park opposite. Good restaurants nearby. Spotless The whole family were extremely friendly & spoke fluent English. They gave us lifts to the airport. We will definitely return.
