The room has surpassed all my expectations. It is spotless and you can really tell that owners have put a lot of effort into making every detail comfortable and esthetically pleasing. There was complementary water, coffee machine and a teapot, a very comfortable big bed, air conditioning which made zero noise and even a list of bars and restaurants that are recommended in Como and nearby. The bus stop which has buses running to Bellagio is right around the corner. And the view is just spectacular!!

Very modern vila, it had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, bathroom as well. The swimming pool was good to cool off. The breakfast was exceptional, very broad options, good quality as well as vegetables and herbs from the garden. Staff was very friendly and the owner professional!

Lovely decor, very spacious bathroom, living area, & bedroom. Could stand on my balcony to view the gorgeous cathedral right in front of me. Several restaurants next to it & nearby. Easy walk to lake/ ferry/ & not far walk to museums. Staff very helpful w/ recommendations & directions. TV has Netflix, etc.

location couldn't be any better - we had the side windows and there was almost no noise... plus the windows are extremely noise proof. To say though; that there was very little "noise" and at 11pm it was super quiet outside
