The sisters were very nice and helpful. The grounds were very beautiful! The sisters gave us a tour of their Chapel as well. Breakfast was a selection of bread, homemade cakes and jams, as well as coffee. I went with my mother, and the room was an adequate size, as well as bathroom. It provides all the basic needs. We were out all day and came back to sleep and eat breakfast, and spend some time chatting with the lovely sisters. We will come back!

Super good B&B with tastefull diner. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it very much. Clean room, very helpfull hostess (and daughter) and a great cook. All was delicious, but the arista di maiale was exceptional. Recommended!

Absolutely everything was perfect! Valeria and Mariana are exceptional hosts. Attentive to our every need. Warm, friendly, helpful and very kind! From the beautiful gardens to the elegant design and decor of the rooms and the atmosphere they created was restful and calming. The breakfast room was lovely and the sumptuous breakfast covered every dietary need: fresh fruits, daily Italian pastries, local farm fresh eggs and butter, and excellent expresso!

Everything was very good. Spacious apartment. Plenty of coffee and food. Well stocked fridge. Plenty of free parking. Very quiet. TV in sitting and bedroom. Proprietor was very informative and helpful, actually drove us the short distance into into town and subsequently picked us up. In town of Orte plenty of good restaurants and very steeped in history and old buildings, also with guided tours of underground tunnels.
