Great place - newly built in a green area, so no worries about rumours in the night - but also close to city center....., great garden, very friendly host and breakfast staff (the breakfast is more italian style but with cake done by the owner..so i was pretty satisfied by it).....i liked the B&B a lot and will come back, if the Giro d'Italia is around...a very personal remark: .the toilet is great...never had such a gimmick, but i already miss it a lot....,-)

The owners are super helpful, available and kind. I was alone in the whole structure and I felt like home, well taken care of. The kitchen is shared but I had a kettle and some coffee/tea in my room, with a nice desk where I could work until late.

Very nice place to stay if you arrive by car. Beautiful views, the room was clean, comfortable. I will sure stay again if i happen to go back to Belluno.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially considering the great price I paid! The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a hairdryer and an iron available, which was really convenient. I also appreciated having access to a kitchen – it made my stay much more comfortable. Overall, a great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again!
