The room was very clean and the self check-in was easy. Antonio is very helpful and answered every query. The location is good, it is around 15 minutes by metro from Milan Central station. It is walking distance (around 20 minutes) to Navigli. You can take the tram (No. 14 or 2) or the metro to the Duomo. It is greatly recommended.

The room was clean, easy to find, as had a later flight was given all the instructions and how to get into the property which was wonderful. The host even gave me suggestions of local places to eat at. Bus and metro is 5-10 min walk away. The hot tub was amazing used it twice was a big tub enough for two to share

An incredibly nice team - Sean & Sabrina. Sean welcomed me in the first day & helped me with basically everything. I needed to rent a car, carry my luggage, recommendations for some nice restaurants, everything. Sean did it all. All with a genuine smile and a desire to help me have a great stay. I traveled quite a bit, but, thanks to this experience, Milan & Crossing Manzoni rank 1st in my go-to destinations. I am looking fwd to return to Milan & stay here again!

the apartment was very well-equipped, especially the kitchen. It was clean and very cozy. We used Tram 2 to reach the city center and were able to contact the host any time we had questions. He was very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was spotless, modern, comfortable and very central. The communication from the hosts was also very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Milan. The fresh croissants delivered to our door was a nice touch which made the mornings extra special.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan! Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast provided in the room was absolutely amazing — such a wide variety of options, all delicious. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location is also perfect — just steps from the metro station, which gets you to the city center in no time. It made getting around super easy.
