The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. Decor elements create home comfort and there is no feeling that you are away from home. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. The apartment have everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything. Everything was at hand from kitchen utensils to air conditioning, ironing supplies. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh. The bathroom is large and bright. There is a shower and a small bath. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, chests of drawers, hangers. In general, there is more than enough storage space. Two large balconies: one to the courtyard overlooking the magnificent Italian pine trees, the other to the city clock tower and a piece of the sea) Our almost two-week stay in sunny, blooming Anzio was amazing thanks to the caring owners of these beautiful apartments! Thank you so much for the warmth and incredibly tasty gift on our departure! On the road, we remembered you with gratitude and warmth!

We loved everything: the large and nicely decorated room, the comfortable bed, the balcony overlooking the small square, the cleanliness and good taste throughout the entire place. Valentina was a very kind and attentive host. Perfect location – close to the city center and the beach. Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.

This is a very nice place. A neat little house, clean an comfortable. We have found it ideal for a vacation with children. The location in a calm residential quarter is very comfortable (close to the sea, a supermarket and several small shops nearby, the Cotral bus stop in the next street). The owners are very nice people. We would like to come again.

Excellent location in Nettuno. I highly recommend this hotel. The host was very helpful and explained everything to us and was very kind. The room, which was a two single bed room was perfect. Enough space, fridge, AC. the only thing missing was a kettle. They offered breakfast at another location, close to the hotel, which was basic, but totally fine(coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant). The location is an absolute charm, so close to the beach and the city center. You can literaly walk to any destination. It was also very close to the train station, big bonus when you don't have a car. The owner was a gem and was patient enough to make me practise my Italian. Grazie mile.
