Location was superb - just a 5mins walk to the main shopping street in Reykjavik. Room was spacious, had a huge TV with all the main streaming apps installed. Shared bathroom was really clean too. Complimentary smoothie was a plus!

Simple self check-in and check-out and exceptional room facilities. The breakfast was in a different building, but the instructions and address were perfectly explained in an email. The room was very spacious and was perfectly situated in the centre of the city, with great views and a large kitchen facility.

The guesthous has a good location. You do not need to use public transport because everything is too close. Rooms are looking better in photos than in reality but it is still OK.

I like the convenience of the location with it being near Bus Stop 13 and sites such as the lighthouse and the church. Everything is kept clean and neat, including the toilet and shared kitchen. The room was also quite soundproof despite some occasional bus noises. Jany also kindly helped to carry my heavy luggage up 4 levels of stairs, which I'm immensely grateful for.
