Dont look anywhere else for your stay, it has everything you would want. The room is cozy, good aircon, nice secluded porch, quiet at night (important in Panjim), comfy bed and hot water. Water bottles and soap are provided. The street is gorgious with old historical buildings and close to everything. Breakfast is very nice across the street and included. Last but not least, the owner is extremely helpful, gives tips on what to do and helps you in any way he can. Simply a warm and wonderful experience.

The family who run this guest house are so friendly and helpful, I stayed for a week and was actually a little sad to leave them! The locltion is good, tucked away from the mainroad in the village of Saligao with some road side cafes and a couple of fancier restaurants a short distance away. It's also a good base if you are exploring the whole area. They rent mopeds and cars and have a good taxi service.
