We had a truly unforgettable stay at Sponbo guest house, not just because of the beautiful surroundings, but because of the incredibly kind and generous people who run it, especially Mr Norbu. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially when we struggled a bit with the high altitude. They offered advice, care, and practical help for acclimatisation, which made a huge difference in our experience. Their knowledge of the area and genuine concern for our well-being was deeply appreciated. The hospitality here is from the heart….. warm conversations, delicious food, and a real sense of being looked after. This place isn’t just a guest house; it’s a haven for travelers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel at home.

Wonderful room view, peaceful location, working wifi . The host stenzin is amazingly warm . Breakfast was yummiest by the chef. They have organic garden. They have have made our leh stay the best and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you so much !!! It's just 2km awag from main market and also the host provided all possible information out there. Rooms and kitchen are having beautiful views and cleanliness is maintained very well. They also have private balcony room and a room with 3 bed with extra space. I had an amazing stay at Zambala guest house thanks to the hosts. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is in a great location. They will cook you breakfast and dinner which is very tasty. A special thanks to Nawang for an incredible stay. If you visit Diskit, stay at Zambala guest house!
