This is the perfect stay if you are looking for time in nature and the backwaters. Room is comfortable, clean, and with AC - so you can relax perfectly in the room. The balcony is great too and offers direct view on the littler river. The host Lizza is kind and fun, always there to help, Plan trips, cook food for you. The whole house is so beautiful, so you will enjoy having breakfast/dinner on the long table in the Main hall. This place seems suitable for anyone: alone-traveller, backpackers, couples, familys with kids. They have a garden to hang out too! And best part: its only 10sec walk to the starting point of your boat trip (Lizza will arrange)! Then you can discover lakes, big rivers, small rivers and village life in the backwaters. Ask Lizza for a TukTuk (Autoriksha) drive through the little streets through this area, so you will see more small rivers with plants, more village life, rice plantages and local life :) This is the place to be! Johnson is a cool guy with a cool home and a cool sense of humour. Located a 10 minute walk from the beach in one direction and 10 minute walk from the main shopping area in the other. Johnson also arranged for me a day out on a canoe amongst the villagers on the backwaters at short notice which I highly recommend for a true taste of the Kerala backwaters and Keralan life. Thank you, Johnson, for a great stay in alleppey!

Dream Nest is great!! The cleanest place I saw in India. Really spacious dorm and bathroom, I was lucky to be the only one. There is a very well equiped kitchen with fridge available for use and there are lots of places to hangout. They are really nice, let me enjoy their fresh made mangojuce. They offered a great daytour with homecooked meals at the backwaters for good price.

We stayed at Marari Dreamz for 3 days. We were supposed to stay less, but after a few minutes of entering this beautiful, lush garden, my husband and I looked at each other and decided to stay longer. Why? We were greeted with warm smiles from Allwyn, Jency, the entire staff, and the many dogs and cats. The garden, the apartments, the pools, the common area, the kitchen...everything exudes love and attention to detail. You can tell everything was done with great care to make guests feel at home. And that's how we felt. Even before arriving, we had received all the useful information about Marari, the activities to do, where to eat...unprecedented service. To every request we had, the response was a smile and "of course, anything is possible." Jency's cuisine is spectacular; she fulfilled our every wish, cooking vegan and non-spicy, but everything was delicious. We stayed in one of the villas with a private pool, and it was enchanting. I recommend everyone to come here to discover a little corner of paradise.

I really felt like family with Pradeep and Seema! The food was really tasty and plenty, they always helped out with everything I needed, making sure my trip was comfortable, like if I was with family friends. The location is exceptional, literally a few steps from the sea! I really enjoyed the flowering garden, the sounds of the birds and the surrounding forest! WiFi worked great!
