Helpfull staff really made us feel at home and part of their tiny paradise. Close to the beach and everything you need was available. Every morning they would bring a new bottle of water which was nice. When we left we tried to find an electric musquito repellent vaporizer but it was not available in the stores we went to. The owner showed up and bought us one to take with us on the rest of our trip. If you want to have breakfast there are more than enough places available/closely so that was really nice. Would recommend them for sure.

Great place. The owner (Nano, I hope I spell it correctly) is very friendly and willing to help at any time (he also owns a restaurant on the beach). The rooms are specious, comfortable, balcony and large bathroom. I found the place very clean, and cleaning service is available upon request. The location is fantastic, very close to the heart of Patnem (one great street that leads to the beach with many shops around). Tons of restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby, plus the TikTok service who can take you to lovely Palolem, which you can walk if the weather is good, only 3 KM distance. I highly recommend the place. Not the cheapest one, but value for the money is the best. We'd love to come back again.

A proper place to stay near the beach with having a lots of food options at a walking distance. Rooms are no doubt the best with proper amenities. And big thanks to Mr. Nitesh who is always there to help on just a single call.

Wonderful place to stay un a wonderful environment, for those who like to run away from very touristic and agitated places. The owners of the place are very helpfull and kind.

We were Used to staying in hut on this beach so this was new to us but really pleased, located just back off the beach, so we got the best of both worlds. Crazy hot when we were there (april) so air con and fan gratefully received! Manager was incredibly helpful, especially when we lost room key! Very welcoming. Would definately stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Hilias Retreat, the room was exactly as described, very comfortable and very clean and only 2 min walk to the beach but still quiet at night. The quickest way to walk to the beach is through Coco Cabana resort and we used their sun beds every day, the staff are very friendly and sun beds are free of charge if you order a drink or some food. Hilias also helped us to organise an airport transfer from Dabolim airport for INR 2200. We would highly recommended staying at Hilias Retreat.

Boasting river views, The Dalia house provides accommodation with balcony, around a few steps from Agonda Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

Beautiful place right in central of the town close to shops restaurants, less then a min walk to beach! Great hospitality by the host and making sure you are having good stay, definitely recommended !
