The location is beautiful and peaceful. The bamboo hut has a very good quality, the food is good and tasty and the family that hosts is very kind.There is a lovely trek to a near cascada passing behind the power station.

If you only stay in one hotel in India it should be this one. A wonderful old style property, beautiful food (and so much of it), obliging staff on hand to serve you at all times, fabulous walks on good paths from the door and spectacular views. My second visit here and equally impressed.

The best place to be at when you visiting munnar! We came as a couple and it’s the best decision we made. the owners are the nicest people we met, they took care of us and everything we needed. The villa is located in the middle of nature with some beautiful views and it is very peaceful. The rooms were clean and the good thing was that the owner lives on the ground floor with his family, so if we needed anything, the family was always helpful. The owner’s wife also prepares delicious breakfast. :) Despite being a little further away from the Munnar town and the main hotels, we never had problems of getting where we needed, as the owner always arranged a taxi for us. Very kind!
