I arrived very early in the morning. The owner let me check in and rest earlier. Also when I left the next day, I needed to wait for the evening train. The owner kindly let me shower and stay there comfortably.

I leave not only the most beautiful city in all India; I leave a home and friends too here. This is the only real Haveli where you can stay and sleep inside! It is so so beautiful and unique and well located in Old Bikaner. You can enjoy the sunset upstairs everyday or have a great time with all the staff. They helped me going to Deshnok and reaching the train station at night (they showed me the safest way). Even I had already checked out, I could chill and relax at Prince Haveli and take a shower before taking the overnight train as it was my home. I am so grateful! 🙏

First of all the owner shakir is amazing. He literally runs for you to satisfy your needs. It’s a new Indian guesthouse with 6 rooms and Indian standards. Keeping that in mind he deserves definitely a 10. Especially when you consider the 9,9 score and the far too low price. He offers a spotless spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower. What more do you want ? As a westerner I would appreciate a table and chair in the room but he needs to save some money first. Shakir stole my heart. His toast at breakfast wasn’t the best so I bought him a decent toaster as a farewell gift. So enjoy some good toast 😃 Location: the guesthouse is in the old centre, a few minutes away from the bustling Main Street. Finding a decent restaurant isn’t easy but we found Gallops. Good food from Indian to a great club sandwich.

Easy to find, excellent welcome, wonderful space and location, clean and comfortable room with secure padlock, and very fast hot water boiler. WiFi is fast. Seth has been nothing but excellent since I arrived, he hosted me perfectly with great knowledge of things to do and places to go. He organised me breakfast most days and delivered a fantastic dinner one evening. Close to small shops, turn left and you discover a deeper dive into the old town with markets and historical architecture. Turn right and you find small streets give way to a bustling but friendly town. A small rooftop, which overlooks some of the city, lovely and hot in the sunshine. A fantastic, safe and comfortable place to stay in Bikaner. @tommyhatwell
