I arrived very late night and received very helpful assistance from the staff who made sure I would make it safely to the hotel. They were also very helpful at the hotel itself. Location was perfect to be close to GOX airport and room was exactly as expected, simple but good.

The host Sunita is very hospitable and friendly when she is there. This is a budget hotel so do not expect much but for a budget hotel I would say it is good value for money. The staff is helpful and willing to oblige for requirements and are quick in response. The hotel is right next to a main road and so if you are sensitive to noise then don't take the road facing room. I enjoyed my room on the first floor, it was quiet at night and in the mornings.

We had a large room, well equipped, peacefully located but within easy walking distance of all that Panjim has to offer. Owner John and his wife extremely helpful and friendly. They had been fully booked out for a month solid which was no surprise.

Everything about our stay at the hostel was 10/10. They have created a homely family vibe there. We shared meals, listened to music, and learnt about each other. The rooms are spacious and clean and building is close to all of the shops. The food at the cafe was amazing and the owners go above and beyond to look after you. We extended our stay and would have stayed for many more weeks if we could.

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. Honestly the best service I have experienced in India! Room was so spacious, clean and bathroom was new with great shower power. Location was great,2 minutes away from the beach and Main Street. The best experience however was owner Glen and his sons, they were so welcoming and kind and made sure I have everything what I asked for and were very responsive to any message. Wonderful family! Wish I could stay longer.
