Everything was just beyond amazing at this place. They make us feel like home. Bedrooms very spacious and comfy but the best was the breakfast, I can't describe how nice it was! Would definitely recommend this place and go back there.

Everything! This is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. Well equipped, spacious, warm, clean, with lots of attention to detail. David was extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well as interesting and charming, and very ready to act on any small problem, such as the coffee machine not working. Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful bedroom suit. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Lovely little bar was a nice touch as well. Will definitely want to come back. Restaurants very close ,just 5 mins walk. The hotel is literally 10 walk to centre of Killarney.

Location, facilities, spacious and confortable room, easy and free parking, friendly and informative staff and specially the kind and attentive lady at the breakfast room every morning (my son can't forget the cork tea offered by her with such kindness). I will definitely stay again when I get back to Killarney.

The staff was very kind abd helpful. We had a tour and were about to miss it. The lady in the reception helped us by quickly providing a taxi and she even offered dropping us there. An amazing place to stay.
