location,size, staff. all fabulous. we where attending a concert in the 3arena, €15 for taxi from here. personally we didn’t have the breakfast but the friends we went with did go for breakfast and said it was great. choice of hot food from the menu. lots of hot water, I had a bath followed by my husband taking a shower, no issues. free toiletries always a nice bonus

everything - exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, homely atmosphere (a hotel that does not feel like a hotel), great location, complimentary coffee, croissants and pastries as well as sparkling and still water all day. Excellent value, great beds and ljnens. In short as good as gets in dublin.
