It was clean and new. The host was very friendly. Quiet, the few bikes I heard were either arriving or departing, and they were very few. Hot water in the shower. Scooter rental was also possible through the same host. I didn't rent there but I will do that next time I'm there. Fridge, water and water kettle + coffee/tea outside the room. Not at all an issue, but good to know. You have your own chair and small table outside the room if you're smoking. No view from the room. I would definitely go there again!

Nice, clean and comfortable homestay managed by a sweet couple with a youthful spirit. This property is in a quiet alley, located just off one of the main roads of Seminyak. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away and there are shops and plenty of restaurants all around. The owners provide free water and coffee and also cooking facilities. Plus they will help you out if you want to rent a scooter. I hope I can return to Bali sometime soon, and when I do, I will head straight to this place.
