I liked the family that owns the place, they were super helpful and friendly. My wife forgot her phone in a taxi and the dad and his son went with me to track the taxi and we stayed there for more than 2 hours until we found it. I will never forget their kindness and gestures that they gave us throughout our stay at their place.

The resort is cute with nice houses situated around the pool. You're in the middle of the jungle, but if you've rented a scooter still close to any restaurants etc. The family is always available to help with anything and is very kind. We even got a coconut as a suprise a couple of times when we were at the pool. The room was clean, the wifi worked well and the breakfast was simple but tasty.

Great location for Nusa Penida! You can rent a scooter at the location. 5 minutes drive to shops and restaurants. Close to club Amarta, for a beautiful sunset. Very nice room with good bed and air conditioning. I would like to thank Desak from the location for the nice conversations, recommendations and for gave me a ride to the harbor!

wow i dont know where to start. My time at Gapul homestay was absolutely amazing!! Never before have I received such good care as here, with Darma and his family. All the time they were aware of how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Also, since I don't drive, Darma and his family took care of taking me to many places in the island where I was able to learn a lot about their culture and, of course, enjoy the beauty of its outstanding landscapes. Gapul is a beautiful place to relax, rest and meditate. The room was just perfect. Super illuminated, with a view of the garden and the street, from where I was able to enjoy incredible sunsets. I must also say that it was spacious, with storage, air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. I can't say much more than to thank this family for giving me such a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. ❤️ I would definitely love to come back.
