Apartments Jakić were absolutely extraordinary! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Being right on the seafront gave us a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable – I have never stayed in a cleaner place! Our holiday exceeded all expectations, largely thanks to the accommodation itself and the beauty of Medulin. The location was really good and closed to everything: the beach, restaurants, the bus station... The owners were really nice to us, they provided with clean towels and bed sheets.

We were basically alone in the whole complex - which was nice! Shared bathroom and toilet were oaky and clean. Had the room with balcony and ocean view - very relaxing sounds in the morning. Also liked the quiet hidden location (in sense of it´s not immediately next to the street but behind some other building and has a nice garden). I can recommend it. Also we had wifi access - which was needed for us but I am quit sensible to this things but turned off wifi and used internet via ethernet cable. Even so there was quit a lot of radiation (I measured with EMF meter) - so I actually had one of my worst sleeps but that´s me - as already said - I am highly sensible to any linf of EMF (bluetooth, wifi, mobilephones). But nonetheless the place was a good emergency stop so to speak. For the price it was absolutely okay - I was happy we had a quite and nice room to sleep for couple of days :)

Everythnig was perfect, from self check-in, all comunication, to self check-out. St.Martino has only one parking space and if anyone else reserve it before you, you will have to park on street. Last week of september, we could find free parking spots around and payed are almost always available. But we decided to pay 10€/day in S.Martino and park in a backyard, with electric open gate.

The terrace overlooking the marina is lovely, room nice and clean, the alley quiet. The city centre is 20min walk (or 8 bus stops) away. The host is responsive and flexible. Definitely good value for money.
