Very comfortable rooms have everything that could be expected from a hotel room (bathrobes, tea, coffee etc). Breakfast was great and staff extremely friendly The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, but it was easy to find a spot nearby. We can definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again

The interiors are very refreshing. Spacious and comfy. Parking in front of property is not possible, however you may enter to drop off your luggage. Then free on-street parking may be found very close by. Location is very convenient. In the hub, close to the old town and water ferries.

We were in a hurry and wanted breakfast early and quickly and the owner got us a beautiful breakfast so we could go on our way. Amazing yogurt with crunchy muesli drizzled with honey and toast with butter and home made jam and beautiful coffee

Very friendly host. Parking lot right in front of the guest house (5EUR per day 9-19 plus 3 per night 19.00-9.00). Great location. Room was a bit small, but the bed was extremly comfortable.

The host is very polite. He gave us hints about the tourist attractions. There were two free rooms so we had a choice. The bed is comfortable, there is an air conditioner. The village is very beautiful with romantic narrow streets. It is very close to Ioannina (around 40 minutes by foot to the city Center of Yoannina), there is a bus to Yoannina but we didn’t manage to find its schedule.

We arrived very late at the location and the owner was easy to get in contact with and was very friendly. Even though she speaks limited english we had no problem checking in. She was very helpful. Parking was right outside the house. The room was big and spacious. It was a good shower and there were basic toiletries. The room was warm and comfortable. There was a fridge in our room. It was easy to check out. We would stay again and highly recommend this place.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Zagori, Guesthouse Lucas is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.
