This place was an absolute gem! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring on foot. I loved how convenient it was to unload luggage right at the entrance, with parking just 200 meters away. Such a beautiful hotel! The rooms were really well appointed with great attention to detail - slippers, robes, welcome notes/Turkish delight was a a nice touch! Communication with the staff was great and they were very friendly and approachable - we had an issue with the blind covering the skylight in one of the rooms and it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was great and included cooked options to order as well which was a great plus! Even the breakfast room was beautiful! Location in the old town was great with some nice restaurants nearby. Lake less than 5min away and lots to see/do within 10-15min walk.
