I would recommend this place to everyone especially if you favour artistic, rustic decor over luxury. Every room looked like it was on my pinterest board for my dream house lol. Kostas couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. He came to help us with our bags and just was a very friendly person which makes such a difference to your stay. There is a really perfect outside seating area upstairs that's perfect for sipping a coffee or getting some work done. The kitchen is gorgeous too - I want my kitchen to look like that! Just really a wonderful stay.

Everything was exceptional! Staying here can not go wrong. Room, location, bed, and comfort were excellent. The owner and staff were super welcoming, friendly, and very helpful to have an amazing overall experience in our stay and island. In summary: Breathtaking view, beautiful design and very attentive hosts! Wind Tales is perfect for people who like the authentic, have a love for detail and appreciate what Greece really has to offer. We especially loved the breakfast that was served with so much care - we were even able to taste the first figs of the season grown by Alexis! The hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful village Ano Syros which offers great restaurants and bars full of life and yummy cocktails. Alexis also recommended us stunning, lonesome beaches - exactly what we needed! For each beach day he also gave us tips for local tavernas and the perfect sunset-view. Thanks for making our stay so beautiful!

The perfect place in a perfect island. Everything was exceptional. The carefully renovated neoclassical building by the sea overlooking the almost private beach, the family owing the place taking care of every detail. The breakfast was excellent. We have also been upgraded to the room with the balcony looking over the Aegean and the neighboring islands. It was the top experience of our vacation.

Such a lovely tiny hotel/guesthouse. Regretably, we only stayed one night. We stayed in the smallest room, but this was also perfect for our short stay. Kostas is such a great host. He took time to tell us where to go in the island. Would come back anytime.

We loved the enchanting location in the old town of Anos Syros. Super comfortable beds and beautiful medieval restored rooms. Idyllic pool overlooking the city. Nestled within quiet streets of the old town with quaint bars and restaurants. Alexis, Constantine and the whole Wind Tales team were amazing, welcoming hosts. Helped us plan excursions and nice bars and restaurants to visit. This made our trip even more memorable.
