We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves.

Great place, clean and comfortable, among nature at short walking distance from the caves. Great hosts. Georgi and Dariajan honor people of Georgia with their lovely hospitality spirit and made us feel at home. Great food (Dariajan could open a restaurant 😊) with products from the garden… Absolutely delicious. Many thanks for these nice moments that will stay in our memory. You stay with the host family in their farm house, an extraordinary experience! Somewhere in the nowhere. Large old-fashioned and charming rooms. Lovely hosts (Tatjana, Koba a.o.). Excellent food. This is the best way to get in contact with "natives" and experience their life and hospitality. Soon again!

Conveniently situated a short car ride from Vardzia. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, offering us a meal since we arrived late at night. Good quality accommodation. Can absolutely recommend it.
