Very homey athmosphere with lovely "Grandma" and her delicious breakfasts and dinners. And there is marshrutka from Kutaisi so even if you do not have a car you can still enjoy Guliada's and her husband's hospitality!

Guest House Balda is wonderful and one of the reasons I come to Georgia. It is about genuine hospitality and a sense of family. The restaurant is superb and the bedroom was super comfortable. You can go horse riding and get advice about hiking. Just go there and enjoy being in Georgia!

Wonderful place, quiet and peaceful. The house is very well run, comfortable and stylish, the garden is available for guests and everyone could find a place to chill. Ive is a great host, always helpful and easy to communicate. Wifi dropped from time to time, but that was a minor thing versus all the benefits and comfort atmosphere. Thanks a lot!
