Very nice owners, they gave us everything we needed, even some food. The location was very nice and quiet with beautiful view to Ushba mountain. Very nice accomodation for good price.

I would rate this as one of the top guesthouses in Mestia. Modern, very clean, great facilities for cooking if you want to make breakfast or coffee yourself and very friendly owners. Value for money is 10/10

We stayed 3 nights with our family in two rooms with a bathroom. Very good location 5 mins from city center while on on the main road, there is a bakery around the corner and street food available. Very hospitable host Tea took care of us like a family, arranged all our travel and transfer and saved us quite some money versus purchasing this from taxi drivers. All the apartment house is rather new and all rooms have access to a well equipped kitched and a washing machine. There is heating in rooms, nice bathroom with hot water, quick wifi.

The landlady is very nice and communicative. She felt like family. They make their own cheese and the breakfast is delicious. When we come to Mestia next time, we will definitely stay there again.

Owner is super nice,basically except cleaning the room they never bother you (they stay on the first floor and guest are the second),kitchen always open for guests and it’s only for guests,owner won’t use the one ,also the two toilets..so much personal space
