Old Street and Mari the host, is a great place to stay and explore Akhaltsikhe and all the sights nearby. We had a super comfortable and spacious room, ate an amazing breakfast in the garden, and really appreciated the help from Mari in arranging transport for us to see Vardzia and other castles along the way, as well as to our next city of Kutaisi. She is a great help, very professional, speaks perfect english and is just super nice :) The guesthouse is located right underneath the fortress, with many restaurants nearby. We highly recommend coming here to spend a couple of nights, to really appreciate this lovely little city and the many exiting places nearby.

I loved my time at Kantora 19! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh and tasty breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed and giving great tips for places to visit. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to everything but still nice and quiet. I highly recommend Kantora 19 for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would love to come back!

It is very quiet and lovely place near Rabati Castle. That place got so satisfying patio, where you can enjoy beautiful mountain and city views. It was especially beautiful ar night, with warm lights and the sounds of the birds. Recommend Rabat Funicular, with its charming atmosphere and hosts. By the way, It is 2 minute road from the castle, so you can go there easily and get free parking.

Ella and her mother have been such great hosts! The guest house is located in the perfect position for the marshrutkas station and the castle and they've been so kind, welcoming and helpful that it melted my heart! If you plan to spend one night in alkhatsike you should definetly stay here

You have to walk up a steep hill to reach this place, but once you're there, it's a lovely green area with amazing views and fresh air. There's a big balcony and the rooms are big, new, clean, and furnished in a contemporary manner. I got the room with Genius discount and I totally felt that I was underpaying for it. And I even got invited to sit with the hosts and their friends, then Mzia treated me a lot of tasty food. It's a place where I could even live, if I didn't feel bad for paying too little for such comfort.
