Booked on very short notice, no problem. Location was perfect walking distance to all points of interest. Easy access to free parking, very friendly and helpful staff. My personal thoughts about this establishment are -they got it right:)

After two weeks holidays in the UK we can say that the Endeavor was the best stay we've had. A warm, spacious room with a large bathroom and a great view of the harbour in an easy walk from the rail station.

What can I say but... FANTASTIC! There is absolutely nothing to fault with this marvellous B&B. Linda is the perfect host, such a lovely, helpful lady. We had a most memorable visit and stay in Whitby. We chose to walk into Whitby each day and leave our car at the B&B. Linda showed us an easier route to walk there. Went to the Abbey (YHA cafe, within the Abbey grounds, is ideal for a quick bite). Whitby is a pretty 'Olde Worlde Towne'. Lots to do and see.   We also enjoyed our visit to Goathland (Aidensfield in TV's Heartbeat). Get there early before the steam train arrives but even then, when there was more people, it was manageable. There are some walks around Goathland, so wear good footwear if you want to do that activity. Unfortunately the pub (Aidensfield Arms) was closed but there is a tea room where the little shops are.

The room and bathroom were both spacious and well equipped. The welcoming candy, cookies, tea, coffee, milk and sugar were a surprise for us. Wunderbar! The aroma of the bathroom was nice together with the aromatic body liquid and conditioner. Thanks. The location was excellent. We covered all the beautiful venues in the late evening yesterday and today. All were reachable by walking from our room. There were many shops nearby: Withby jet especially, souvenirs, candy and fish and chips shops.

Easy parking, nice large room with stand alone bath, separate shower, sofa, large TV, comfy bed and mini fridge stocked with water, orange juice, diet coke and lemonade as well as tea, coffee, porridge pots, fruit bars and biscuits. Clean and comfortable room. Good location, only 10-15 min walk into town.

Stayed a few days in September for my birthday with my partner. Room is warm and cosy, and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Situated in a perfect location for local shops, restaurants, traditional pubs, and a short walk to the Abby. Not our first time staying at Cobbleview and certainly won't be our last.

Built in 1603, Ruswarp Hall - Whitby is an adult only guesthouse situated in the village of Ruswarp by the River Esk, bordering the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

It is a super location in the center of town, close to shops, restaurants and the abbey. The room we had was very spacious and clean (more than most pub-hotels I’ve been to).
