We received a warm welcome from Maz and Simon and we were allocated a garden freestanding free standing room with ensuite. Everything was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Highly recommend.

Very lovely place, right by the train station (Menheniot). Comfortable room and bed, spacious bathroom - everything was perfect for my needs, only staying one night. Unfortunately came on a Wednesday when (+ Tuesdays) the Restaurant and Pub are closed. I'm sure it would have been lovely as well. Also met one of the hosts who was very courteous and helpful. Wonderful stay, anytime again!

We are from the US but have longed to visit Polperro for years. We got a chance to visit the UK, was gifted lodgings in a different city, but when this booking popped up, decided the side trip was worth it. Kathryn was great. We got in a little early but when we called her she came down to check us in. She had a wonderful little continental breakfast already prepared in our room with bread, cereals, and other goodies. Very quaint, warm welcoming front room and the bedroom was very comfortable. Very quiet.

Very nice and cosy farm house with a beautiful garden, where you can sit outside and enjoy the quiet place. Not far away from Plymouth and the coast. The owners Nicky and Ian are lovely guys.

The room was beautifully presented, very clean and fresh and very welcoming after a long flight and drive, plenty of tea/coffee and milk, plus biscuits waiting for us. We weren't sure about the time we were arriving, but Anita was very accomodating and met us when we arrived and even helped us with the parking nearby. The bathroom was tastefully decorated, plenty of plush towels available and a great hot shower. The bed was comfortable, 2 easy chairs, plus an eating area in the room, catered for all we needed.

A wonderful cozy hotel with a great location. I had a single room and it was perfectly equipped for me - a comfortable bed, a separate bathroom. The owners of the hotel, Sue and Rob, are extremely nice people. They have created an atmosphere in which you feel not as a client, but as a guest of old friends. I have never felt so comfortable in any hotel. I would be happy to return to this hotel!
