The room was quiet and confortable. Rob is a fabulious host with good talks and recommendations. The house is located close to the Kinnoull Hill, at 10min walk from the city center and 20min from train station.

The host was lovely and friendly, always made sure to check in with us to see how we were getting on. One of the showers wasn't working on arrival and very kindly gave us a discount. The guest house was in a great location and was excellent value for money.

How can you improve on perfection? Why not pay a visit here and you will find out. My second stay and another fantastic stay at an absolutely stunning bed and breakfast. Rooms are beautiful, great location and so handy for Perth Town Centre. Spoilt for choice with your breakfast options and the Pièce de Résistance is the wonderful David. A fabulous host who makes you feel so welcome and special. even if you are a bit fussy with your fruit like me. Already booked my next visit and can't wait to spend more time in such luxurious setting.

Very clean, comfortable and relaxing guest house with friendly, helpful hosts. Super comfy beds and a lovely breakfast. 15min stroll to Perth concert hall and all amenities of the city centre.
