The staff was so nice and so attentive. Treated us incredible, remembered our names all through the stay. The room was cosy and nice, very clean. Breakfast was really well-organised, and delicious. I had been in Great Yarmouth in another occasion, just in another hotel (which was also very nice), if I have to come back I'm 100% going to try to stay here again. My and my boyfriend were here for a skating competition, and I came second place thanks to that amazing breakfast.

Always a pleasure to stay here Never any issues Clean fresh and welcoming and has full facilities you would expect from a very expensive hotel. Highly recommended My only regret is not having breakfast as it smelt so good
