Emmet was extremely welcoming and helpful on arrival, we needed to check in at the Lawrence (sister hotel) which was only 1 minute around the corner so wasn't an issue. The room was so comfortable and modern, and the private external bathroom was only 6 stairs away. Overall, a great stay

The Location is very handy and a very helpful owner. The complimentary cereal and milk was a fantastic touch. The extra pillows were great as well as the shower gel in the shower. William came and unlocked a room we had locked the keys inside of at night. He is very accommodating and helpful. We wish him well. We'll definitely be back for Halloween 2024.

The included breakfast was fantastic and the dining room is so cozy. Full Irish breakfast cooked to order, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, potato bread, white/black pudding, coffee, tea, juices, and a whole continental breakfast bar. Room was immaculately clean, I even wiped the floor with a wet cloth to clean a small spill and the cloth came up completely clean. Shower was hot with great water pressure and room has everything you need; shampoo, hand wash, hair dryer, tea, towels.

    The location was very convenient, quiet spot just outside the city center. The hosts were just amazing, so welcoming & friendly. We also used the Sauna outside which was a lovely touch. Margaret made us breakfast of our choice the next morning which was delicious!

    The property is super quaint, clean and in a great location close to the city centre. Kevin is a brilliant host, very knowledgeable about the town - recommending places to eat & drink - and was super helpful when we messaged asking questions about parking. The room was very clean & comfy, and the breakfast was truly fabulous! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

    Peaceful location in the city centre, tucked away by the Derry Walls. The host Kieran is utterly charming and nothing is too much trouble for him. Excellent continental breakfast with a wide choice of cereals, yoghurt and breads. It also has some of the best coffee in town. I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly commend this Guest House to anyone who wishes to explore the city.
